Apple Stuffed Acorn Squash
1 acorn squash 1 apple 1 to 2 tablespoons OhioMaple syrup Cinnamon Microwave whole acorn squash until slightly soft, 5 - 8 minutes. Cool slightly. Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds and fiber. Peel and slice apple and fill cavity of squash. Drizzle OhioMaple syrup over apples and fill cavity of squash. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Covers with plastic wrap and microwave about 3 to 5 minutes until tender. Serves 2.
